Plant details

Artemisia is an aromatic perennial with pale whitish-green, much divided leaves, silky hairy on both sides and with loose spikes of tiny yellow flowers. It has been used as a herbal remedy for thousands of years in the treatment of such ailments as indigestion, gout and scurvy, and is renowned for its bitter taste.
