The long-lasting dark crimson flowers of this moisture-loving perennial have earned it the Royal Horticultural Society's prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
A good choice for waterside or woodland plantings, it thirves in sun or partial shade. Divide and replant every three or four years to maintain vigour.

I have had blueberry plants in ericaceous soil in containers for nearly four years but have not had any fruit. Is it birds or should I be doing something other than giving them an occasional feed. I do get the little white flowers.
