Plant details

Tolerant of salt spray and sandy soil, this shrub with its striking silvery-grey foliage is an ideal subject for seaside planting. It thrives inland as well and is a useful plant to provide foliage for flower arranging. Unlike most plants it seems to do best in poor soils and although its flowers are insignificant, it makes a wonderful foliage plant for any sunny border.
