Plant details
Once considered slightly eccentric annuals, the celosias are now trendy flowers whether in the garden or in a cut flower arrangement. This new variety has pointed feather-duster blooms, bicolored rose at the top, fading to pale pink. Seeds should be sown indoors in spring and young plants grown on until it's safe to put them outside in early summer. They'll flower for several glorious weeks if kept well fed and watered.
