Plant details

Coltness Gem' is best grown as half hardy annual for a bright, summer display. It is classed as a dwarf bedding dahlia and produces single, yellow-eyed blooms in colours including pink, purple, red, white, yellow and many are zoned with a second colour. Sow seeds in early spring in a propagator, harden off the plants and plant them out when all danger of frost has passed.
