Plant details
A striking American cultivar with bright orange petals encircling a prominent brown cone. Cut back the stems once they have flowered to generate extra blooms and a longer display. Like other coneflowers it copes well with adverse weather. Make sure you plant it in the right position because it hates root disturbance and being constantly dug up and moved around the garden. The best way to propagate is by dividing congested clumps every few years in the spring.
