Plant details
This is a form of the native rosebay willowherb, and like its relative has a strongly spreading habit due to its creeping underground stems. As a result, it may require restricting after a few years. It produces dramatic, white, saucer-shaped flowers from midsummer to early autumn set against its wavy mid-green leaves. This plant is an excellent choice for the wildlife garden or the back of a herbaceous border.
