This unusual, seed raised strain of the marsh spurge is distinct not only for its compact habit but the fact that it can be grown from seed as a hardy annual. It produces an attractive clump of bright green leaves which turn orange and red in the autumn. In late spring, it produces long-lasting yellow flowers. Unlike most euphorbias, it prefers moist soil.
