Its stems are naturally lax in habit, making this variety a good choice for hanging baskets or the edges of containers where it will trail down the sides. Native to South America, this type of fuchsia is not hardy in the UK. To ensure a show the following year, take cuttings from your plants in late summer and overwinter plants in a light, frost-free place.
