Raised in Belgium in the 1980s, 'Kashmir Blue' is grown for its large pale blue flowers which appear in early and mid-summer. Naturally inclined to spread, it makes a useful ground cover plant and looks particularly attractive when planted underneath roses to cover the bare soil at their bases.
