Plant details
Small mound-forming hebes tend to be hardier than larger varieties, and make very attractive neat plants for edging or containers. Emerald Green', previously called 'Green Globe', rarely flowers but makes an excellent container plant as the leaf colour is stunning. It has small, emerald green leaves and a round, ball-shape habit. Trim plants in spring to maintain the shape. It can also be used in rockeries to offset bright alpines or in the front of a garden border.
