Plant details
The petals of this stately iris are pure white with blazing orange beards at their throats. They flower in May and June amid familiar sword-shaped grey-green leaves. Give it a sunny spot in a well-drained site and it will perform wonderfully. Make sure when planting that the bulb is planted near the surface. Clumps will need dividing every three to four years, to ensure that they continue to produce the optimum number of flowers.
