Bearded irises have 'beards' on each of the falls (lower petals) of the flowers. Iris 'Wonders Never Cease' bears pretty flowers with white standard petals and white-edged bronze fall petals with a bright yellow beard, on slender stems.

It's ideal for growing in a mixed herbaceous border or gravel garden, and makes an excellent cut flower.

For best results grow Iris 'Wonders Never Cease' in well-drained soil in full sun, and mulch with well-rotted manure or garden compost annually.
