This silver-blue grass is an attractive contrast to brighter flowers in sunny borders. It is a compact grass that is not invasive and will tolerate most soil types and full sun or partial shade. This tuft-forming ornamental grass bears attractive spikes of flowers in mid-summer, changing to straw yellow as they age.
