Plant details
This is a cordon type tomato, growing up a single stem with support. The sideshoots will need pinching out. It is usually grown in a greenhouse, but can be grown outdoors in a warm, sheltered position. Masses of sweet, juicy, tangy 2.5cm (1in) tomatoes are produced early, on long trusses. It is very reliable and healthy. Sow seed indoors, in heat, from January to March. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
