Plant details

Narcissus 'Mount Hood' has delicate off-white petals with pale lemon coloured trumpets in spring, and grows to around 45cm (18in) tall. Plant the bulbs one and half times their own depth in sun or partial shade in autumn. Leave on the old foliage for at least six weeks after flowering so that the plant has chance to build up energy for the following year's display. The Royal Horticultural Society have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
