Plant details

Watercress requires an aquatic environment. However, you can grow a crop by planting them in a boggy area of the garden that can be kept moist by regular watering. Its small, shiny, rounded leaves have a peppery flavour that tastes great in salads. Tiny white flowers appear in summer.
