Plant details

Most bedding petunia varieties can be classified as one of two kinds: Multifloras, which have a large number of smaller flowers that tend to be more weather-resistant, and Grandifloras, which have large, showy blooms but are vulnerable to wind and rain unless they're grown in sheltered conditions.

Petunia ‘Surfinia Lime’ is a spectacular cascading Grandiflora petunia, which is more weather resistant than other Grandiflora petunias. It bears large, white blooms with a lime-green blush. ‘Surfinia Lime’ is ideal for growing in containers and hanging baskets, and also makes good ground cover.

For best results, grow in full sun in a sheltered spot, and keep plants well watered. Feed fortnightly with high-potash fertiliser, and deadhead spent blooms to prolong flowering.
