Most bedding petunia varieties can be classified as one of two kinds: Multifloras, which have a large number of smaller flowers that tend to be more weather-resistant, and Grandifloras, which have fewer blooms. However, the latter are enormous and often floppy, making them vulnerable to wind and rain unless they are grown in sheltered containers.

Petunia 'Sanguna Lipstick' is a spectacular cascading Grandiflora petunia, bearing pink blooms with purple markings. It's ideal for growing in containers and hanging baskets, and also makes good ground cover.

For best results, grow Petunia 'Sanguna Lipstick' in full sun in a sheltered spot, and keep plants well watered.
