A traditional cottage garden plant, clusters of flowers appear from summer to mid-autumn, in colours ranging from white to deep lilac. This elegant perennial is ideal for a growing in a moist border in sun or partial shade.
Phlox paniculata 'Peppermint Twist' is a robust new variety, which produces large clusters of pink and white striped flowers from July to September. It's slightly shorter than other similar varieties, making it more appropriate for growing in small gardens. For best results grow Phlox paniculata 'Peppermint Twist' in moist soil in sun or partial shade, water regularly and feed weekly in summer with a high-potash fertiliser. Deadhead spent blooms to prolong flowering.
