Clematis 'Love Jewelry' has pinnate, dark green leaves and bears large mauve flowers with dark pink central bars and wavy petal margins, from late spring to early autumn. A less vigorous variety of clematis, it's suited to training up a trellis and may also be grown in pots.

Clematis 'Love Jewelry' offers a long season of interest, flowering initially in May and June and then again in September. It falls into Pruning Group Two, so requires only deadheading after flowering in June, and general light tidying or simply the removal of dead stems in February, no more than 150cm from the base.
