Polyanthus hybrid primulas are popular spring bedding plants, flowering in a range of colours from bright pink, purple and yellow to more sedate green. Gold- and silver-laced polyathus are particularly attractive, and were prized by the Victorians for their attractive, multi-coloured blooms.

Primula 'Gold Laced Group' has unusual golden-eyed flowers with black petals with gold margins. They look pretty grown in pots among other polyanthus and auriculas, and are ideal for cutting and using in spring floral arrangements.

Grow Primula 'Gold Laced Group' in moist soil in partial shade.
