Podocarpus elongatus is a species of conifer native to southern Africa. It has elongated grey-blue leaves and a round, bushy habit, typically growing as wide as tall. Podocarpus elongatus 'Blue Chip' has particularly blue leaves. Despite being native to South Africa it is fully hardy and can survive temperatures of minus 15°C when established.

Grow Podocarpus elongatus 'Blue Chip' in moist but well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Water regularly in the first year, to help it become established.
