Plant details

This is a lovely selection of cowslips that offer colours from yellow through to red, giving a welcome colour break to the normal cowslip. 'Sunset Shades' looks good on grass banks, particularly on chalky soil. Like other primulas, they form rosettes of evergreen to semi-evergreen leaves. Its slightly scented flowers appear from mid- to late spring.
