Plant details
Pink Perfection' is one of Anne Swithinbank's favourite trees for spring blossom. Like other gardeners who have this beautiful tree, she loves its double pink flowers which are produced in abundance each spring. Bronze-coloured new leaves follow the blossom, turning dark green as they mature. The Royal Horticultural Society have also recognised this tree's outstanding qualities and have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM). Like all deciduous prunus, this tree is best planted in moist but well-drained soil in a sunny position.
