Plant details

This is an early flowering lungwort from Western Europe. It produces blue funnel-shaped flowers from late winter continuing until the end of spring. The white spotted leaves make an attractive feature in the garden, especially when planted to form a groundcover. Plant in a shady spot with moist, but not boggy, soil.
