Plant details

This is a dwarf, evergreen rhododendron, with a compact, upright habit. Its flowers are funnel-shaped and an eye-catching, violet-blue. Up to five flowers are borne on each truss, in mid and late spring, each one measuring 5cm (2in). Blue Diamond Group rhododendrons will do well in full sun, but you should grow them in humus-rich acid soils.
