Plant details

Maurice Mason' has attractive foliage with large, deep green, textured leaves that are pinkish-bronze when young. These are topped in midsummer by tough branching pinkish-orange flower heads.Rodgersias are striking plants for a damp border in light shade or a moist spot at the edge of a pond. The plants are useful for growing towards the back of a moist border where they are partly shaded by other tall plants. They have a long season of interest as the flowers last well on the plants for a long time.
