Plant details

There are almost an infinite number of roses available to the public. Each year new cultivars are produced by the main nurseries. 'Alexander' is a known as a large flowered bush rose. It has bright red, urn-shaped flowers that can reach over 12cm (5in) across on long stems, and dark glossy leaves. It makes an excellent cut flower. With careful deadheading plants should bloom from early summer until autumn.
