Also known as Harpageant, Rosa 'Easy Does It' is a fantastically easy-to-grow floribunda shrub rose, with excellent resistance to the fungal disease black spot. It bears masses of flamboyant, ruffled flowers which open a rich scarlet and mature through orange and apricot before finally becoming light pink as the petals start to fall. Plants are bushy and compact, and covered with glossy mid-green leaves

Rosa 'Easy Does It' is perfect for growing in herbaceous borders, as well as containers where its blooms can be displayed for dramatic effect.

Mulch with well-rotted manure or compost once a year. Prune back in February and help prolong flowering in summer by deadheading regularly, and adding a high potash feed every fortnight.
