This climbing moschata rose makes a tall, penetrating rambler for trees. The vigorous, flexible canes bear large, slightly limp, dark green leaves. The soft pink flowers, borne in pendent trusses, are small and fragrant. They bloom in mid-summer only. Much of the rose will be inaccessible for pruning, but that will not harm the plant at all. Indeed, it is best left to its own devices, given all the room it needs. The Royal Horticultural Society have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
