Plant details

This profusely flowering floribunda rose produces an abundance of bright, yellow petals with a delicate, light, herbal fragrance. The yellow flowers can look impressive when planted singularly, but this rose is also suitable for planting en masse in borders, beds and among hedges. An easy-to-grow rose it will continue to produce enormous trusses of blooms throughout summer. The blooms are also ideal for cut flower displays indoors as they are long lasting. This floribunda rose was launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2004 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the junior section of the girl guides, the Brownies. In 1914 Agnes Baden-Powell formed a group for girls who were too young to become Girl Guides. Initially the girls were called Rosebuds - but they soon changed their name to Brownies.
