Plant details
You can grow this cheerful, free flowering plant in containers and hanging baskets, which is a first for rudbeckias. 'Becky Mixed' produces extra dwarf plants, neat and compact, in a well balanced mixture of lemon, to bright orange flowers. Each flower is large, measuring up to 15cm (6in) across, and has a darker, contrasting centre disc. Choose a sunny spot for a bright show from mid-summer to the first frost. Grow it as a half-hardy annual, sowing the seed indoors in spring, and planting plants from late spring onwards.
