Plant details
These are dwarf, compact plants which have plenty of strong sideshoots and many rich, golden-yellow blooms, each with a deep chocolate central cone. 'Toto' is early to flower over a long period and looks great in all types of weather. Choose it as an ideal candidate for containers and bedding. Or grow it in groups in the border. Although it's a short-lived perennial, 'Toto' is grown from seed as a half-hardy annual. Sow the seed under glass in spring and plant plants in late spring, or early summer. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
