Plant details
This is an easy-going but potentially quite dramatic plant, since the foliage takes on reddish tints around the edges in hot, dry conditions especially towards autumn. This makes a spectacular trailing or ground-hugging background for the flattish clusters of gold and bronze-orange tinted flowers that are produced from mid-summer into early autumn. It looks good teamed with Euphorbia dulcis 'Chameleon' in a well-drained border, and also grows well in cracks and crevices in walls and pavements.
