It is an early variety that produces small, smooth, kidney-shaped potatoes that have creamy yellow flesh. It stores well so you can enjoy eating it for months.

I have 8 jersey potato plants, they were about to flower at the end of July but never flowered, instead all the stalks have died! Should I dig them up to use or just dispose of them?
