King Edward' is one of Pippa Greenwood's favourite maincrop potato varieties. It produces heavy crops of large spuds that have a great taste. The tubers have creamy white, floury flesh, making them many people's number one roaster. Good resitance to rots and scab, but vulnerable to blight.
