Plant details

Trifolium pratense is a native perennial wildflower, typically found growing in grasslands and wildflower meadows. It's often used as a green manure, due to its ability to fix nitrogen in the soil, but is worth growing as an ornamental in the garden, due to its pretty pink flowers and attractiveness to bees.

Grow in a mini wildflower meadow or in gaps in a mixed herbacesou border. For best results grow Trifolium pratense in moist but well-drained soil.
