Plant details
Candy Club' produces a colourful show with up to six cup-shaped, pale pink flowers per stem. Tulips will thrive in almost any type of soil where there is good drainage. The bulbs require a period of cold so plant before the first frost. This minimises the risk of attack from fungal diseases, such as tulip fire. Any bulbs that become infected with this disease are best thrown away and the ground they were planted in should not be used to grow tulips for several years. Remove the flowers as they fade to prevent plants wasting energy setting seed.
