Tulipa 'Purissima'

Plant details

Fosteriana group tulips are easy to grow and single, bowl-shaped blooms appear in mid-spring. 'Purissima', sometimes known as 'White Emperor', has beautiful white to creamy white flowers which contrast well with dark coloured tulips, such as 'Apeldorn'. The Royal Horticultural Society have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM) which is for plants of outstanding excellence.
