Plant details

This hardy, vigorous shrub is ideal for a woodland garden or a large shrub border. The Chinese snowball produces large blousy flowers in late-spring. These start off green but gradually turn the purest white, like small hydrangea heads. It's a deciduous plant with elegant oval leaves that colour well in autumn. It will grow in most soils in full sun or light shade.
