The Savill Garden is a hidden gem in the heart of Windsor Great Park, one of the finest woodland gardens in the country. With plants from around the world, there is a wonderful journey of discovery to be had.

If you like gardens with a difference, experience the contemporary Rose Garden, enjoy the eclectic mix of perennials in the spectacular Dry Garden, or take a quiet moment in the tranquillity of the Golden Jubilee Garden.

The Rose Garden

The Garden has continued to develop under Royal Patronage, with most recently H.M. the Queen opening the Rose Garden. The Savill Building with its sweeping wooden roof hovering over the landscape like a giant leaf, is home to a superb gift shop and award-winning restaurant. With plants grown in the Royal Gardens alongside a wide range of gifts for the garden and home, everyone will find something tempting.

As part of the day, Keeper of the Gardens at Windsor Great Park, John Anderson, will guide you around The Rose Garden and talk about how to get the best from your roses all year round.
