help! My lawn is covered in moss, from a distance it looks green and normal but as you get nearer you can see its just covered with dense moss. When you walk on it it's like walking on sponge. Now I know I need to aerate it and scarify

it out. Its fantastic stuff. Thanks to all who answered my query. Shade is not a problem, but the need to aerate struck a chord. I have opted for aerating with a fork and a bit of fairly gentle scarifying as a starting measure, and we will see how it goes


gunnera manicata

Hi all, i have a gunnera manicata growing in well aerated and beefed out clay soil, the drainage is good, but although i have had the plant in a year and a half, it has never gotten really big, it is south facing but is shaded after about 4pm
