Algae in the garden

nightmare spots. A thriving film of thin algae coats them, making them almost as slippery as sheet ice. I'll be wearing crampons soon! Today is sunny and dry, so I'll be out there with the stiffest yard broom I can find, scrubbing away at the algae


Damping off disease

up’ one or more of the organisms that can cause damping off.I’m not saying don’t use water butts, but it’s well worth taking care with what plants you use the water on. I use water butt water on more mature plants, and on those in open ground. I
