Basic question alert - green beans!

Hello - my first time of growing green beans so soz in advnace for rather basic question.  The ones outside are being a little slow - but steady.  The ones in the greenhouse however have sprinted up!  What do I do now they have reached the tops

My peas and broad beans are just developing, so I hope to be able to start harvesting them pretty soon.  Do I just feel the pods until they appear full to bursting?  Also is it too late to re-sow for another crop for later in the season? Many thanks
