I meant to say. As far as I am aware it is legal to send seeds from anywhere in the EU to anywhere in the Eu, as long as they are not wild collected and restricted by CITES. Check out the Alpine Garden Soc and the Scottish Rock garden sites

. I did that last year with collected snapdragon seed, nutcutlet, but in a seed tray.  Potted about 100 on into modules and that still left 90% of the seed tray still full!  I've direct-sown them this year - I bet I'll end up with 2!  Quite a few
