peach leaf curl

On 23/05/2012 in forum

My peach tree is laden with fruit. It is sited on a south wall. Unfortunately I have just had to pick 67 leaves off due to peach leaf curl.  Is it safe to spray with copper fungicide with the fruit on, or has someone got a good alternative.  Help
