Sycamore Aphids
We have a sycamore tree at the bottom of our garden (not on our land) that is riddled with sycamore aphids. Does anyone know if these flying aphids attack other common garden plants and the best way to try and minimise their presence in our garden by walthamstowgardener

Woolly aphids
I have discovered my crab apple tree has woolly aphids. What is the best way to treat it?. It has been suggested that I need to cut it down. I have blasted it with a pressure washer several times and also sprayed it with a general bug killer by Busybee29

few aphids of any colour in my garden too, Pippa, but I do have lots of ladybirds so they could be the reason. My big worry is a fox which has dug beneath my Bramley apple tree and made a den underneath it. The tree has tons of fruit on it by delmonte

Huge aphids!
My lovely climbing rose have become infested with aphids the size of a dog. Well, not quite that big, but big enough that I feel them pop between my fingers. They're ruining it. I have a very unhappy potentilla and mint plant with the same problems by aitchvee
