growth and a Braeburn Apple with about twenty apples and some growth. How and when should these be pruned. Thank  Neither cherries nor plums are pruned regularly. Both are large trees with long branches; you get the long branches even on dwarfing by honeymuncher

Concorde pear problem ?
We planted several fruit trees in autumn 2009 (bare root) from a good nursery. All have grown well. In 2011 we had the first fruit - 2 - from the Concorde pear 1/2 standard (we only planted one). These were delicious Last year we had no blossom by Daisy Cottage

What plants/Bushes go well with Malus 'red jade'?
What plants/Bushes go well with Malus 'red jade'? Kirsty, Malus "Crab Apple" would normally stand alone as with all apples they do not like competition for water at their roots. My Malus stood alone until it got too big for its boots and got the chop by Kirsty d

Lack of Apple Blossom
last year, which was an absolutely bumper year for apples, plums and pears.  The tree may be taking a year off. Probably a combination of lack of pollination and the unusual weather pattern this year.  My early plum (Lizzie) was absolutely smothered by Budding G
