you see. I am having similar problems with slugs and thought my remedy would be a resident hedgehog but a friend has just advised me to install a mini pond to attract frogs and wildlife and this should sort out my problem with the slugs I'm not sure by diggingdoris

Grass snake in the pond HELP !
garden is so attractive to it. Let it get on with its business and enjoy the bragging rights of having a rare native species within oyur garden We have worked so hard for 17 years to create a garden to share with wildlife. I feel blessed every morning by Bored with Bindweed !

ID of plant growing EVERYWHERE!
beautiful plant evn if it is everywhere!  Definitely rosebay willowherb. Quite attractive spires of pinky purple flowers in late summer, but a real nuisance if you ever let it seed. Worth digging up when you spot it because it's quite large and will squash by Roxanne Blanton

how can i get rid of slugs some are so small you can bearly see them,, Slug killer-blue pellets,wildlife friendly pellets, nematodes,go out at night and capture them,salt on them-loads of solutions-depends on what you want to use Try sharp gravel by barry hall
